Job Description:

Designation: Relationship Manager/ Sr. Relationship Manager

Location - Bangalore

Timings :- 10Am to 7Pm

Roles & Responsibilities

Ability to handle customer queries, understand the key requirements of the customers and recommend solutions and close the transactions.

Ability to work in a highly performance centric environment.

Excellent negotiation and co-ordination skills.

Implementation of sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.

Superior customer diplomacy to build long term customer relationships.

Responsible to build and maintain relationships with developer sales teams and broker community.

Keep updated with new projects, price trends, developer schemes etc in the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

Contacting customers and understand their requirements i.e., budget, Location, Type etc.... and furnished their details in CRM.

If the leads qualified Simultaneously assign those leads to the respective relationship manager.

Follow up with the customer and sales team so that it builds link between them.
